Liberal Leader Attends APRC Release

All Party Representative Committee of Sri Lanka handed over a working proposal to His Excellency President Mr Mahinda Rajapalse,based on the proper implementation of the 13th amendment to the constitution of Sri Lanka. Mr Kamal Nissanka attended the ceremony.
